I landed my dream job right out of college, writing ad campaigns for Fortune 500 companies.
At 21, I was “living the dream.” Except I wasn’t.
Corporate politics buried great ideas and rewarded mediocrity.
I wanted to make a real impact, so I reinvented myself.
Reinvention #1:
Strategist
I became the lead strategist for billion-dollar brands to be closer to the action, driving growth, making things happen.
It was thrilling to see my work translate into revenue.
But something still felt off.
Even when my clients were winning on paper, they were losing inside—stressed, doubtful, miserable.
That realization led to my next reinvention.
Reinvention #2:
Executive Coach
One night, I was out with a client whose company had gone from near-bankruptcy to category leader. It was thrilling to see my work translate into revenue.
I watched them all evening, trying to understand what had changed.
It wasn’t luck.
It wasn’t timing.
It wasn’t just business strategy.
It was their inner game—their confidence, self-belief, and personal authority.
That was the missing piece.
So I devoted myself to helping leaders master their inner game and outer performance.
To do that, I drew on two decades of deep study in psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral science—originally to master persuasion, now to master transformation.
Because rewiring your business begins with rewiring your brain.
When you move from that place of power, you lead differently.
You decide faster. You grow bigger.
And you sleep better.

BOMCOM
Coaching for Expert-Led Companies
I launched Band of Misfits in 2022. In year one, I doubled my previous salary—and I’ve grown at least 20% every year since.
Other consultants and coaches started asking how I did it. That’s when I saw the opportunity to bring together independent consultants and professional coaches—to help them reach their own goals of profit and fulfillment.
That’s how BOMCOM was born.
Enrollment opens once a quarter and is limited to 15 members.
